After your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within about 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. If you select the "Rush Processing" I will get your order sent out within 1-2 calendar days.

Each product is handmade by me in my home in Las Vegas, NV. Because they are all handmade, they may have some imperfections such as: minor discoloration of the wax, slightly off centered label, tiny markings on the outside of the jar, etc. None of these will impact the quality of the candle.

Candle Care 101: Burn Bright, Burn Right

To get the most our of your candle while keeping things safe and clean, follow these simple tips:

  • Trim Your Wick - Before each burn, trim your wick to remove any carbon buildup. You may not need to do this until the third burn, as every candle burns differently. If you notice high flames, excess soot, or smoke, extinguish the flame, trim the wick, and relight.
  • Let It Burn Evenly - On the first burn, allow your candle to melt for about four hours to help the wax reach the edges of the jar. This prevents tunneling and ensures an even burn.
  • Burn Smart - Avoid burning your candle for more than four hours at a time to prevent overheating.
  • Stay Safe - Always burn candles on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, flammable objects, children, and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

A little care goes a long way in making sure your candle lasts longer and burns beautifully every time!

What wax do you use for your candles?

I use a Coconut Soy blend wax with food grade paraffin.

How long does it take to process my order?

I strive for get orders processed between 3-5 business days. If you select the Rush Processing Fee I will process your order in 1-2 business days.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

Domestic shipping is typically 5-7 business days. I can do my best to estimate shipping times. Once the package is in the hands of the postal service it is out of my control. I am not responsible for delays, re-routes or failure of deliveries.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. Will plan on international shipping!

Do you offer returns?

At this time, we do not accept returns, however, we believe in always providing the best customer satisfaction. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily send out a replacement at no cost to you as quickly as possible. Please provide photographs of the broken or incorrect item to our customer service email with your Order#.
